The Congress attracted about 4100 delegates from approximately 100 countries world wide.

The XX World Allergy Congress was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, situated on Rachadapisek Road, an arterial road running north-south between two of the city's main east-west thoroughfares - Sukhumvit Road and Rama IV Road.
Bangkok’s new International airport, Bangkok International Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), is situated approximately 25 kilometers from the Bangkok metropolis.
