Registration for events that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if ticked "yes" on the registration form.
Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a "first come-first served" basis, and numbers are restricted.

Please note that the registered accompanying person’s fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions or the Congress documentation.
STUDENT REGISTRATION
PhD students, MD students or fellows under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department, and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.
BREAKFAST SEMINARS
Breakfast seminars will be available during the Congress.
A fee of USD 35 will be charged per seminar and will include breakfast. Registration will be possible online and on site.
HOUSE DUSTMITE WORKSHOP
On Thursday 6 December a special workshop on House Dust Mites is arranged in connection with the World Allergy Congress. This workshop aims to provide training in the theoretical and practical aspects of house dust mites, and will cover the science of HDMs, how HDMs contribute to the development of allergies, as well as mite allergen measurements, efforts to control HDMs and a description of the available anti-mite products.
Pre-registration is required. A fee of 100 USD will be charged.
NAME CHANGE
Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of USD 75 will be charged.

PRESS REGISTRATIONS
Connect PR are handling the journalists and the press conferences. Pre registered journalists will register at the Press Desk in the registration area, where they will receive their pre-packed registration kit. More press material will be handed over to the journalists in the press office, which is situated in Boardroom 6 at Zone C. Journalists should be asked to show their press ID before being registered at the Press Desk.
